These terms govern your use of this website. Anna is a Global Roots Services product — Global Roots Tours LLC d/b/a Global Roots Services, a service-disabled-veteran-owned small business, Falmouth, Kentucky ("we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Informational purpose

This website describes the Anna AI receptionist service. The content is for general information. Nothing on this site is itself a contract or a binding commitment.

Subscriptions are governed by the Service Agreement

An Anna subscription is governed by the AI Receptionist Service Agreement, together with the elections and acknowledgments you make during onboarding. Those documents, not this website, set the binding terms of the service.

Billing, renewal & cancellation

Plans are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the price shown until you cancel, with your first charge at the end of your 14-day free trial, as disclosed at checkout and acknowledged at onboarding. You can cancel anytime using our online cancel form or by emailing jesse@globalrootsservices.com; cancellation stops future charges.

The demo line

The demo line, (859) 780-5275, is answered by an AI, and calls to it are recorded and transcribed, as described in our Privacy Policy. It exists so you can evaluate the product — please use it for that.

Accuracy

We work to keep information current — including the competitor pricing comparisons on this site, which are dated as of the date shown where they appear — but offerings and prices change. We make no guarantee that all content is complete or up to date, and we may update the site at any time.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and materials on this site are the property of Global Roots Tours LLC d/b/a Global Roots Services unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or used without permission.

No warranties & limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Roots Tours LLC d/b/a Global Roots Services is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
