Anna is a Global Roots Services product — Global Roots Tours LLC d/b/a Global Roots Services, a service-disabled-veteran-owned small business, Falmouth, Kentucky ("we," "us"). We collect only what we need to run the service. This page explains what that is, honestly and in plain language. This policy is written for a US audience — that's who we serve.
The short version
- We don't run analytics trackers or ad pixels on this site, and we don't set cookies.
- Calls to our demo line, (859) 780-5275, are answered by an AI and are recorded and transcribed.
- Your call data is never sold, and never used for marketing.
What we collect on this website
Forms. This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes our form submissions. When you complete the onboarding form, we receive what you enter: your business name, your name, email, cell number, business phone number, your website URL, your business description and preferences, your state of operation, and your call-recording and consent elections. We use it to build and operate your receptionist, to send you call summaries and service updates, and to keep a record of your consent elections.
Consent records. Your onboarding acknowledgments — state of operation, recording election, and the checkboxes you confirm — are retained as long-term compliance records, including after account closure. They document the choices you made and are incorporated into your Service Agreement.
No analytics, no cookies. We do not currently run Google Analytics or any similar analytics or session-replay tool on this site, and we do not set cookies. Netlify, as our host, collects standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to deliver the site. If we ever add an analytics tool, we will name it here first.
Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for our records.

Calls to the demo line are answered by an AI, and are recorded and transcribed so we can operate and improve the demo. Anna tells you she's an AI on the call. Don't share sensitive personal information on the demo line — it's a demo.
AI receptionist service — call data
When a business subscribes to Anna, we process caller information on behalf of that business — the business is the controller of its customers' data, and we act as its service provider. Specifically:
- Calls are answered and processed by AI voice technology, and may be recorded and transcribed (recording only if the business elected it at onboarding) in order to capture the caller's name, phone number, and reason for calling, and to book appointments.
- What we collect from callers: name, phone number, the details they provide, and — where enabled — a recording and/or transcript of the call.
- How it is used: solely to capture the lead and deliver it to the business by text and email, and to operate and support the service. Callers' data is never sold, and never used for marketing.
- Sub-processors: we use trusted third-party providers to deliver the service — our AI voice and telephony platform, AI language and voice providers, and SMS/email delivery and workflow tools. They process call data only to operate the service. A current list of sub-processors is available to clients and their auditors on request.
- Ownership: a business's customer data belongs to that business. It may request export or deletion at any time.
- Retention: recordings, transcripts, and lead records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and for the client's records, and are deleted on request or at account closure (consent records excepted, as described above).
- Notice & consent: a business using the service is responsible for any caller notice or consent its jurisdiction requires for AI handling or call recording; we provide the information needed to support that. Anna discloses she's an AI on every call.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run Anna (hosting, payments via Square, telephony/AI, and messaging/workflow tools), and only so they can provide the service. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your call data for marketing. We may disclose information when required by law.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Square. Your card details go to Square, not to us — we receive confirmation of your subscription status. Square's own privacy policy governs its processing.
Data security & retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for business, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing us. You can cancel your subscription anytime with our one-click online cancel form.
